Every Thursday we have a 30-minute workout with Laura and/or Erica and it’s helped us to focus, feel together, stay active and be more productive. A fitness studio that is not just a workout---it’s a community. The practice is something that brought Laura Zavadiland and Erica Fleming together as fitness and business partners. As a professionally trained dancer, Laura Zavadil, owner and founder of what was previously named, Barre Youngstown, passes on her passion for fitness, dance, and wellness by being a certified Bootybarre instructor, Master Trainer, and a Registered Dietitian. The Bootybarre method fuses ballet and Pilates techniques for an effective, energetic, and fun way to break a sweat.In addition, Zavadil brought more low impact, high-intensity classes, to the studio, such as rebounding on a trampoline, to yoga, to TRX suspension band training, dance cardio and for the first time in our area, Lagree fitness on Megaformers. Erica Fleming, the owner of the Megaformer studio, started instructing Bootybarre with Zavadil years ago. Her desire to incorporate the Lagree Method was a perfect fit for the fusion fitness classes already offered. Lagree is a high intensity, low impact workout on a resistance bed ideal for all fitness levels. Both the instructors share a love of these workout methods as well as backgrounds in health and wellness. Their staff of highly qualified and passionate instructors will ensure a fun and effective workout every single time, for every single client, male, female, young or old. Zavadil and Fleming are proud to offer a variety of methods to truly become a unique, all-class, boutique fitness studio, that provides clients everything they need to achieve their fitness and wellness goals.
