We'd Like to Introduce You to Dr. Dominic Peters →
Not many people can say their job is always “hip”, but Dr. Dominic Peters can. As an orthopaedic surgeon, Dr. Peters is fellowship-trained in adult hip and knee replacement surgery, with a medical degree from Northeast Ohio Medical University in Rootstown, Ohio; where he was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society for his excellence in scholarship and medical professionalism.
Joining Salem Orthopaedic Surgery in 2015, one of Dr. Peters’ focuses in his practice is on the new muscle-sparing anterior total hip arthroplasty, which is a less invasive approach to hip replacement with a faster recovery. Among his notable distinctions, Dr. Peters has been featured in the Journal of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and has presented in front of the American Association of Neurological Surgeons, American Association for Hand Surgery, American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons (AAOS) and the Michigan Orthopaedic Society.
